Tot de Nederlandse pers is het nog niet doorgedrongen, maar de betere buitenlandse pers weet het al te melden: Nederland heeft zich bereid verklaard de militairen een ruimere taakopvatting mee te geven. De opbouwmissie waarmee de Tweede Kamer zich heeft laten ompraten is nu definitief voorbij:
