Dit bericht komt tot u vanuit Londen. Greater London, helaas, ver naar het westen. Vanuit een hotel dat geenszins goedkoop te noemen is, hoewel het zich wel zo afficheert. Maar goed, wel draadloos internet en heel dicht bij de klant waar ik morgen moet zijn. Zo nog even wat dingen doornemen en ik ben er klaar voor.
Het reizen kost overigens meer tijd dan het bezoek aan de klant. Zeker na een hoop gedoe op de luchthaven, waar je van alles moet af- en uitdoen, waaronder iets levensgevaarlijks als een broekriem. M'n vullingen mochten er nog net in blijven zitten.
Morgenavond weer terug en een dagje met flink woon-werkverkeer zit erop. O, en ik had nog bijna een stropdas gekocht op de luchthaven. Hij was mooi, maar het merkje Versace betekende dat het ding 75 euro moest kosten. Tax-free....
